It’s not though. You’re changing your natural form - what you were born with - to be more physically appealing.
Perfume is changing natural scent so it’s also deceiving.
Removing a birthmark or mole is cosmetic.

The question isn’t stupid, you’ve given a flippant and arrogant answer to something that has much more depth than you’re willing to put in, and now you’re saying that your pre-approved cosmetics are allowed after flaws are pointed out in your logic.

I am a dentist. Orthodontic surgery is fine. You are basically putting pressure on the teeth to line up. It’s non invasive.
