First, you don't have a flat ass. In fact, your ass looks quite nice and attractive. But to get over insecurities about your body is another story. That takes time. Some of the things that may help, is knowing that everybody has something, usually a couple or more things, that they don't like about their body. This is almost universal. None of us have perfect bodies, and we all tend to see and fault, or supposed fault, in our bodes and exaggerate it in our minds. So, you are not just one, or one of a few, who think their body is flawed. Consider yourself as a special person, but still no worse and no better, than most other girls. You have great worth as a person, no matter what your ass looks like, and that is the most important thing. Let people see who you are, what you are like. Any guys worth anything will like you for who you are, not your ass. You don't need to be perfect or great, to attract guys or to have a wonderful relationship with a guy. by the way I'm still surprised that you think your ass isn't attractive. You really do have a nice looking ass.

Your ass looks fine, I wouldn’t think to myself “damn she has a flat ass” if I saw you in person, I know what you said but you can add size to it, If you eat above your calorie maintenance, have the right protein intake and work up to a 60kg squat for reps, you would notice a big difference, I trained my girlfriend, who had an ass maybe slightly bigger, but 8 months later and it’s starting to get quite big

I tried to eat more than i need and i ended up being obsessed with counting calories and shit like that. It actually made me sick. I eat what i want and when i want now and thats enough. I guess thats just how i am. But thanks for your tips
Yeah I understand that some people can have an obsessive personality when it comes to that kind of stuff and it’s not like you’re super skinny so you’re ok, whatever works for you
i used to be really flat too, i know you said not to say this, but for about 4-5 months i was doing squats w weights among a few other glute excercises, and it really made a huge difference! i saw results in about a month but continued them after, so you wouldn’t have to carry on for as long as i did. rather than being upset over it, you should either work w what you’ve got or do what you can to make it better, though i don’t think not having curves makes you unattractive :)
