Try to get all the money, call the maintenance number and hold on to the money til they can come get it from me.
If it was attached to a bank, and the bank were open, I'd return it. If the bank were closed, I'd hold on to it and return it when they open. IF it was a free standing ATM, I'd hold onto it and wait until someone contacted me, because they will.
