Why my coworker (male) acts cold and hot towards me?

• I decide to block him because i don't know his feeling towards me and i am tired of his attitude. So when i was around with other colleague he acts sassy and when i ask question he's angry for no reason look at me weird then when i was alone he just stand to look at me and he stands behind me then he walks behind me and he just asks if i'm fine with a smile so i say "yes..." and he leaves the room trying mimics my words. What does it means?
