Have you ever had or been stuck with a horrible nickname? How did you get it?

Question

In high school, our sophomore year, we had to look up the origins of our names for a project. In some old language, mine meant from the beaver meadow or something. I didn't think anything of it, but my boyfriend thought this was hilarious, and started calling me 'Beaver.' This rapidly caught on with other classmates, then my friends and then it would not stop to the point where if I look at messages in my old yearbooks, everyone who signed including some teachers, referred to me that way. If you don't know, Beaver is also a slang term for *ahem* something else, so what fun for me!!!! I got a lot of crazy looks from people when we were in public, it was THE worst. So from Sophomore year of HS all the way until I literally graduated college because most of us went to the same Uni, that was the annoying thing people called me.

Herp my best friend in middle school called me that after sexual Ed class since I was paired with a guy who had herpes and transferred the herpes to me, this was all just made believe, wort thing the guy was my crush, I died he made believe gave me herpes and crabs cause he cheated.

My bestie was cracking her ass up during all this and after class nick named me herp and forever it became and inside joke. 😂

Yes. I had one that stuck for many years. It was meant to be cute and it was never said in a mean way, only endearingly. I hated having a nickname, but I allowed it.

Don't ask, because I won't share. It was unique and would probably be more recognizable than my first name would be to someone who knows me.

Oh yeah! People would call me "Caesar" from the planet of the apes films because of my big ears. Or they'd call me "tyler the creator..." Because of my big ears. 💀

In 7th grade I caught the name Smiley lol it was whack so in 8th grade I Madd dogged everyone and nobody called me that no more
