I'm in my mid-60s. When I think about this question I think about ladies like Brigitte Bardot, Raquel Welch, Barbara Eden, and even though she is no longer with us Diana Rigg! I would put these gals in their younger days against today's so-called sexy women. I know the question was asking about alive, but I can't let this go without mentioning Maude Adams. This person was the inspiration behind the book "Big Time Return" that was made into the movie "Somewhere In Time".
I used to work with girls ages 9 to 11. "I'm the Elsa you're the Anna" became the new "I'm the Mary you're the Rhoda" debate. I'm not kidding I overheard lots of girls arguing about which frozen princess they were. I was even asked to adjudicate in one such argument (why do they think teachers know all the answers? ). Thankfully I had not seen the movie at that point.
There seems to have been a tendency for young girls to prefer to be seen as Elsa over Anna. I believe this stems from Elsa having been in a position of power, both as a queen and having supernatural powers. But when I did get around to seeing the movie, I have to say I admire Anna much more than Elsa, if anything because she maintains a level head.

She is hot but I have heard that she may be intersex. (complete androgen insensitivity syndrome; genetically a man, phenotypically a woman but no uterus)
Women who stay fit, have been married for 20+ years and aren't attention whores. These women have proven their value & kept their men. If I see a woman who physically looks hot but can't keep a man I'm not impressed.
I believe every day people look better than celebrities but the prettiest famous person I can think of are Chris Pratt’s 1st and 2nd wives and Alice Braga from queen of the south.
It is just fun. People in the entertainment industry are fair game to be objectified. This is no different than girls sitting around say "what guy is the best kisser in Junior High?"
Sexiest woman is always being replaced by a new sexy young girl everyday. Not any models or celebrities. Probably in some poor country hidden like a gem.
