Just tell everyone that they need to clean up after themselves within a reasonable timeframe or are going to take all those dishes that are in the sink and put them in a garbage bag and no one will be able to cook with anything or eat off of anything

It's time for a meeting with them to see what solution you can come to.

My inner clean freak is... freaking out over this.
Either kick out the new chick or really just get a place of your own. The roommate thing works out almost as good as friends with benefits.
you need a meeting or start leaving your bras and panties on the floor and see what happens
I'd just put up a note next to it: Please clean up your mess
Hold the meeting. As one or more of us is creating whole lot of work for all of us.
Putting our health at risk
One at a time can be told instead of holding a meeting
Keep an eye out
If an individual is creating a mess or more than one person
To see
So it's getting cleaned that's good then
I am not sure?
Wow so I come and do you dishes 😂
