usually it's like a buildup of stuff and not always so intense. like most of the time you won't even realize im disassociating bc im physically still there (very weird feeling). when it's intense like you really can't function and your day/week is fucked after. not everyone screams either by the way lmfao

I had a near death experience when I was 17. A few years ago I had to go back to that place and all of a sudden it all came back to me. I started feeling panicky and a minivan almost hit me in a crosswalk and I was so crazy I went over and started beating on it with my knee
