Why do most people have a hard time being Honest?

Does anyone really know what Honesty is? Pretty much every girl I been with eventually can’t be honest , they hold secrets and tell lies cause drama over the stupidest shit , assuming the worst case scenarios. The truth is if you can not be honest within yourself, you will not be able to be honest with anyone else period , you are best to not enter into a relationship period , you will just be wasting your time , you can only hold lies and secrets for so long , until it smacks ya in the face , I am far from perfect, but one thing I learned in life is Honesty is mainly what attracts me to a girl period, and sadly most girls I been with can not be honest I am not saying Guy’s are perfect period , I know a lot of Guy’s that have a hard time being honest as well , So why do most people have a hard time being honest?

Being honest is very very tough. Being honest sometimes means chewing the bittermost chilles, sollowing the disgusting meal that you have cooked also. It needs really lot's of courage. It's soo tough that sometimes we are not honest with ourselves even because we can't face what's reality is. Not all can do. Yes if we think logically it should be most easy one. But to face the reality where you are nothing where world is breaking apart where you are dieing inside and have nothing to hold on sometimes is toooo hard than just closing the eyes or assuming things ignoring things. And if that time someone asks us such questions in which we have to have to open our eyes and face reality we simply automatically tell lie or avoid to answer.

And you are exactly right , I have cheated before , but I am not ashamed to admit it and not scared to be honest about it , Most people are scared to admit they are wrong period and rather live a life of lies and secrets by burying the truth deep down inside themselves never admitting they were wrong. Because they are scared to be honest and scared to let other’s know their true colors because they don’t want to be judged or criticized for their own selfish actions. So back to my question, Why do most people have a hard time being Honest , How does someone get into a relationship with someone else without being honest? No one is perfect and we all have made mistakes so if you want someone to be honest with you , you need to be honest with them or you are just wasting your time stringing someone along for your own selfish desires , those type of people will never experience true love because they already do not love themselves by keeping secrets and lies. Honesty is key to making love grow between 2 people , if you can’t be honest with your partner they will not be able to be honest with you , it needs to go both ways or it is just a waste of time.
