It's got to be holding hands with someone that loves me and I love him. Just his touch us calming.
Of course when I was a young girl it was my Mom. I remember I would have a stomach ache and feel like I needed to vomit all day. Once she had me on the couch with my head on her lap - moaning and grownung about my stomach. Finally 11 hours later I threw up. Without her comfort I don't know what I would have done.

For me ; sex. Either passionate or rough. BUT SEX, SEX, SEX.
Rubbing one to XXX might help too, but it feels gross at the same time. 🤢 I feel like I committed a crime. And like I threw up on myself. Sex is better.
Sometimes drawing , with music. Weightlifting can also help.
Intense exercise. Especially cardio. Because afterward I'm far too tired to actually have enough energy to be angry. I'll also have more feel good chemicals running through me so that helps too.

Sleep. It reboots the mind and is a new day. Same goes for whenever my stomach hurts, TMJ flare, headache, or any of that (at least 90% of the time). It's the best cure to anything.
Outside of that, lip syncing and dancing to James Brown does the trick, lmao. It's a "fake it till you make it" mentality for tricking your brain to be more cheerful.A nap, sometimes music, or just talking to the right person
Listening to the ocean waves crashing on the beach, toilets flushing, waterfalls, water in general
A tight, compressed hug against my boyfriends chest. Having my hair stroked. Having my back caressed. If I’m alone, then wrapping myself up tightly in a blanket in bed and focusing on my breathing helps too.
Nice girls and sex.
Cardio and music. Sometimes you just got to run and have music drown out all of the background noise
