I always found it pretty ridiculous, but I think one time I did spit it out AFTER I tried to hold it in and swallow first BEFORE laughing at something funny they had said, but I suppose I couldn’t multitask with three things, so I kind of just choked and instead of trying to swallow the rest of it and breathe in more, I spit out the drink so that I could clear my lungs/laugh.
