He called me a "little tease, what did he mean by that?

Before you jump to any conclusions, please let me explain. I was playing around with a guy, (not in a sexual way). He was asking what me and my best friends were talking about, and if we were talking about him. I wouldn't tell him any definite answers. For example if he said "Were you talking about this?" I would say "Maby... " With a big smile on my face. After a bit of this, he said "Your a little tease, you know that?" I'm not sure what exactly he was meaning by that. Was he meaning that I was teasing him like a sister would tease a brother? Or did he think I was flirting with him and being a tease in other ways?

it could go either way, but Id say just in general teasing, since you werent sexually teasing him- because if you were sexually teasing him and he said that, then it would be sexual teasing
