What does it mean when a guy calls you a "Good Girl" behind your back?

I was on the porch and my friend and this guy I have been crushin on were in my friend's car when they pulled up. They were sitting in the car for a good 10 mins, me I wasn't paying attention, because 2 of my friends were over so I was talking to them on the porch, and Lance and Bryan came up (Bryan is the guy I'm liking right now) and Bryan was staring at me, and kept making me laugh, so everyone is leaving and Bryan leaves with my 2 friends but Lance stays, and it was just me and my friend Lance. Lance said "Bryan was talking about you when we pulled up, I can tell he likes you, cause he said Jenny is a good girl, she's a good girl! and smiled when he said" I was shocked cause Bryan doesn't compliment so I didn't know he even liked me that way. But anyways what does it mean if a guy calls you a good girl behind your back and smiles when he says it?
