The best way to get girls to notice you is to be confident. If you like a particular girl - just begin by saying hi with a great confident smile. And as your walking away - look back at her. IF she is looking at you smile again. SHE IS INTERESTED. If she is not looking at you then...she probably is not the girl for you. The next time you see her...start a conversation...about something she WILL know about. Maybe a school event...or movie everyone is talking about. BE CONFIDENT...any sign of weakness and a girl goes stale. NOT a jerk. But you are who you are and can't change that. AND you are awesome just the way you are. Then the next time you see her... ask if she wants to go and see "movie" ... or mention that you are going to go to Starbucks to work on a homework assignment and ask her if she wants to tag along. Generally you are going to have to make the first move. And it might not always work out for a relationship...but the more girl friends you have the MORE access you have to getting to know their girlfriends. Hope this helps!
Uhh, you're one of those who think nice guys always finish last aren't you?:D Those girls may like assholes now, but when they grow up and get some brain (if), they'll want a nice guy. So find a girl that isn't empty like all of those, who still need to grow up, or wait until they do. Your choice.:D

Some people learn that the hard way xD haha. But of course you don't have to be a dick head just to get a girls attention. A simple "Hi, my names ___" would be nice :p you know, small talk. Just don't look at it as awkward. Just be you and act natural
You need to be confident, nice, kind. Don't be a jerk! That just turns girls off. Dress nicely and be a gentleman. Compliment her and smile at her.
