The real difference is what the motives (if any) are there behind being nice.
In either case, neither of the above described guys (fake nice, or real nice) will guarantee a guy the girl he wants.
100% true in my opinion. It's hard to go through when your a young guy and women just haven't matured yet...
Women mature faster than men on average. That's a proven fact, and common sense.

The whole "fake nice guys" thing is just a smokescreen women have begun to use to divert attention from the real issue, which is that women are drawn to jerks like moths to flame.
I have never been attracted to a bad guy EVER in my life. Same goes for many girls. Many of my friends are in long term relationships that are truly nice. A jerk is a jerk. That's all.

you are right , most of us dont know this, if u pretend to be a nice guy things dont work out, if u know u are not the kind of nice person , then be yourself and always strive to do good I tell u , things will never be the same and u won't regret it
But the worst thing is, people change their nature, their goodness on the basis of a girl's rejection. Goodness is never confined by a rejection. If you are genuinely nice, you will always remain nice.

i think im a nice guy, but im also really shy. never had a girlfriend and im 22 years old.
Those "real nice guys" are the ones you see getting friendzoned. Then theses are the ones you ladies go to for adivce about a guy you like. You know the advice he gives you is how he wants you treat you. That's why you put him in the FZ. You know he domestic want swx all the time and just want to spend time with you. That's why I do believe.. Nice guys finish last. This is coming from a " real nice guy"
