If I started dating someone who was out of practice I would love to get them in tune! I would appreciate their honesty and "work" with them. That is part of the fun of being with a new person. If I found out they "practice" kissed with someone else I would be insulted. I would feel that those were MY kisses to have, not the practice person. If you care for someone this is a non-issue. They want your kisses regardless! I'm not that shallow where I would dump someone because they sucked at kissing, that is pretty lame! Give someone a chance, I am sure they will get better in no time.

If this is the case,
sure it's okay.
But I'd rather be honest and learn with my partner.

No. Your girlfriend would be more upset if she found out that u were kissing other girls than if u were only kissing her and weren't 100%. The more u practice kissing her the better you will get. Please don't kiss other girls your girlfriend would be very hurt.

if you already have a gf don't kiss other girls. that's cheating. I myself learned to kiss from some girl, to french kiss from another, sex is something else ;). some girls told me I'm a good kisser so actually something worked out for me
If you have a girlfriend already, this would only be okay if she knows about it and is fine with it. Otherwise, it's simply betrayal and cheating.
If you're single yet, you can do whatever you want with other girls.
This would be one of those reasons guys use to justify sticking their tongue down a girls throat. It is not okay to kiss another girl when in a relationship. If you are out of practice I am sure your girlfriend would love to help you.
If you have a girlfriend already, it's not okay unless you ask her and she is fine with it.
