Because of me I accidentally mentioned sex into the conversation... so I figured what the hell and asked his opinion on masturbation. Turns out he masturbates every night. From there on we continued the conversation, I let my guard down a little. He was so chill and laid back about it. I never even told my best girlfriend this. And a guy would be the last person I would start this type of convo with.

Is he normally reserved or shy when it comes to things like that (that you've noticed)? If he opened up to you and he doesn't normally open up like that, then yes, it could certainly mean something. That maybe he feels connected with you which is why he was so comfortable to talk about something so personal :)

It depends on what kind of person you are. Some people are very open about their sexual interests and this conversation wouldn't mean anything to them.
Presumably you're not used to talking to people about sexually explicit things so that's probably why you feel like it "means something".
Honestly though, this guy's probably had this conversation a thousand other times with both guys and girls.
