My husbands passenger seat is always pulled back, could he be cheating?

So everytime my partner works overtime, which is the whole 7 days, i always find the passenger seat being pulled back. Pull back to ther point where i can fall asleep, but just not as far. Plus its pushed back. Could he be cheating on me? Im thinking this way because i remember when we were still dating, i was sitting on the passenger seat, and he pulled my seat back, and we made out. I don't know maybe im just thinking too much? But how can the passenger seat be pulled back like that everytime he works 7 days a week? When he was working at his old job, the passenger seat was pulled back too, but it was only once, and it wasn't pulled back to the point where i can lay myself to sleep. I ask him and he said it was his coworker buddy. But that was his old job, now is a new job, and i notice it happens everytime he works overtime for a week.

His coworker has the seat that far down? Hmm, I don't know. Something tells me to trust your gut, but at t he same time, it's like you don't want jump to conclusion and offend your husband. But that REALLY sounds strange. If he's got for a WHOLE week who really knows what's going on, unless you put a camera in the car.

I really hate to suggest this, but see about a small stealthy camera you can install somewhere. Other than that, it could be his work equipment or something big he carries. Or maybe he actually sleeps in the car sometimes.

When he said it was a coworker of his, did he speak really fast or vaguely?

Its actually a good suggestion, i just can't find a way to do so. When i ask him, he was just smiling and speaking in a tone like as if he thinks its funny. I believe him at that time, he said they were drinking and there were bottles of cans. But this time is suspicious cause it happens everytime he works overtime. And its pulled back farther than the first time ever.

If they were drinking, then there should be a slight sent of alcohol in the car. Or, what you can do is look for long strands of hair that could belong to a human. The next time he comes, inspect his car while he's sleep.

I think to be honest he could be cheating or he could be pulling over for a nap just outside work.

The only way you will know is by following him. I think asking him won't help, will just cover his tracks more. Or you can ask a friend of his at work if he goes home alone so you know when he leaves he is alone.

Could he be cheating? Sure. But unless you have reason to believe he is beyond his seat being pushed back... why not take him at his word? Also, if he were cheating, he's doing a lousy job of covering it up.

Its the passenger seat and i did believe him at first when it was his old work place, but this time it isn't, and it happens everytime like i said up there.

It happening every time he's "up there" (where ever that is) isn't a big deal. A week is a long time to be away so he's probably riding around with me. My buddy I used to go out drinking with every weekend would do the same thing in my car. But if I were to cheat on my woman... why would I do it in the passenger seat instead of the back?

I forgot to mention that his back seat is full of camping gears, plus there's also a place right on the middle where we put our drinks on. So it would hurt the girl or his back.
