You can't "let" or "not allow" anything. Your boyfriend has the right to make his own choices. I would never try to control a guy or want to be with one who's controllable. Maybe he could just bring you along as his plus one?
Oh heck no I would not allow it! If he goes then I go. And if doesn't want to take me with him then that just doesn't seem right to me and I wouldn't let him go.
Yes I want him to go to one. I want to tempt him to cheat on me to see if he is really worth my time.
