Should I unfollow someone I liked that rejected me?

I really want to unfollow this guy on social media because I'm trying to get over him. I (mistakenly) slept with him before a relationship and later found out he really never liked me. I'm hurt, embarrassed, and ashamed. I want to unfollow him so I don't have to see his stuff but I also don't want to come off like I'm being weak. What should I do?

Unfollow him show him you dont care or need him. Seeing his stupid posts will bring you back memories. 😩
