Girlfriend thinks she is ugly and fat. What do I do?

My girlfriend had to buy some new clothes recently because she has gained a little weight, but now she won't stop talking about how fat and ugly she is...
She is honestly the most beautiful girl I've ever met, and I tell her all the time.
Sure she could lose 10-15 pounds but I'm not gonna tell her that, I don't really care. She's still attractive to me..
She says she's never been happy with how she looks and now it's worse than ever. She's resorting to starvation to lose weight, and I can't convince her otherwise...
What do I do?

I'm a girl, she need to ee a doctori was were she was and thats like the first signsof depression (i was never depressed but thats not the point) this is something that will make her feel happy :everyday write a small note like on a post it note about something different you like about her everyday and stick it on the fridge or something... if you try it please give me the recults im worried about her... friend me please

If she wants to lose weight encourage her to do it in a healthy way otherwise she may eventually end up weighing even more than she does now. Once she starts eating normal or even increase her eating, she will start putting on weight because her body has been in starvation mode and storing all the nutrients instead of utilizing them. Her body won't have the capability to recognize it no longer needs to do that.

Recommend juicing. She could potentionally lose weight whilst being healthy and receiving nutrients. Starvation will only destroy her. Introduce her to juicing.

The best advice I have is to give her a good, bloody fucking.
I find it makes her feel sexy while also giving her motivation to not get any bigger.

Get her to work out with you and go on a diet with her. Tell her that starving doesn't work. You two are going to eat cleaner and workout.

Actually starving yourself can make your body absorb more calories and make you gain weight so the best option is to exercise and eat healthy
