If you successfully do all this then you may have a chance of attracting a fairly good looking woman. You will probably never get to best looking women out there, no matter what you do, because they can have any guy they want so why would they want you? They can have a naturally better looking and more successful man than you. So drop the idea and obsession with good looking women and women like Ria Ciuffo and become realistic. Yeah, if you can not "settle" for an average woman, or even fairly attractive woman, but must have the top women when it comes to looks you're fucked and may as well give up everything. It won't happen, because like I already asked - why would they choose you when they could have almost any man they want? If you're average yourself then you can not expect to have a partner much better than that yourself. Well it's up to you. Either you stay the way you are and go through life being lonely, feeling as shitty as you do now - or you change and settle for an average or fairly good looking woman and build a happy life with your partner. I don't get why you think people would think you're a loser if you don't marry a "top good looking" woman. That's ridiculous. Nobody cares. People do not care much, or anything, about other people's life and most people have average looking partners anyway. I feel you're way too self centered if you think people actually care about your life and spend time thinking about what you do and don't - they don't. I also feel like you have a very low self esteem if you worry so much about what others think of you that you make yourself unhappy.. But again, it's up to you. It's absolutely ok to choose to stay single and not settle. But then you shouldn't whine and feel shit about being single or a kissless virgin, because you made that choice yourself.
