Not everybody thinks the same way. Its subjectice to the person. Some people it might bother others it might interest. there's no rule book in life and code of conduct. If you don't like it then it's wrong for you and you should say so
I would hate that. My boyfriend talks about his exes sometimes but not in a way that worries me. He talks about them in ways that reassure me that he is happy he is with me and not them.
Red flag. Even my crush won't talk about his ex girlfriends when I'm in the room if asked about them. It clear your date is not over his ex and that can be toxic for your relationship.

This is partially why I think being casual about dating is not the way to go. It leads to a culture of comparisons. And people going from one person to the next in very little time.
