My girlfriend wants to do liposuction?

My girlfriend recently told me that she wants to do liposuction. First of all she's not fat. I hate the idea and her mom hates it even more but she's very stubborn so she doesn't listen at all. Not to me and not her mom. She just completely shuts her ears off when you say anything that sounds negative.
Also it's in Turkey and she's going by herself wich worries me.
I tried to convince her that she doesn't need it, but she wants it.
I even signed up for the gym she's in so i would work out with her and support her if she really wants to lose some weight.
But then she says that she doesn't want to work out. If i tell her that that her being lazy she flips on me.
When i got attracted to her it was because she seemed so confident of herself and strong minded hardworking.
But as i see now she's just being greedy and insecure af. I've even been thinking of breaking up her because i feel like she's going to change for the bad after the operation since her ego is already so big.

I have seen liposuction. With some it looks ridiculous and with other it can look great. Also don't worry about Turkey. They know what they are doing as long as you go somewhere good. Try and look at Spain if you don't trust it.

I'm not against liposuction but I am not for it if people do such things when it's a self esteem issue. They make the wrong decisions in such scenarios.

Try and bring it to her differently. Tell her to first work on working out and reach her goal before she does any liposuction. It gives her something to work for.

With this you can buy some time. Maybe with her new found confidence will not do the procedure at all.

tell her she is caring much more than required and that lipo suction only reduce es water weight which she. an regain after few months only

She has low self esteem and self image problems. It's probably some deep underlying problem she really needs to face. She should visit a shrink, not get cosmetic surgery, because after that, she'll find something else she's really unhappy with. Some people mask their real problems wich trivial stuff like looks and beauty.

I want that but because I do need it. Anyways that's not good, but there's nothing you can do to change her mind if she's that grounded on it. Seems like she has body image problem that needs to be dealt with mentally if she thinks she fat when she isn't.

She do what she want; if she feel bad in her body why don't you let her do it? As long as she do it with a good doctor nothing wrong would happen.
