My boyfriend hasn't replied to me for 3 days?

I messaged my boyfriend 3 days ago, the day is nearly ending and he still hasn't messaged me back. I sent him some funny videos, he read them and didn't reply. I messaged him on Snapchat and he did the same thing. Yet he's on social media, talking to his friends in his groupchat and we were completely fine 4 days ago. So I have no idea what happened. I don't want to confront him yet because he has done this before and when I said 'So you can't reply to me?' he responded with 'I apologise' so I thought he got the message. Clearly not. I mean how can you go 3 whole days nearly 4 days without speaking to your partner? A lot can happen in 24 hours ugh. Does anyone have any kind of idea why he might be doing this?

I'm not sure if this may be the problem but we were planning to go to a hotel but he has changed jobs recently but hasn't started yet, he's still waiting for his new job's approval. And that means he isn't getting any money right now. Could this be the issue. The reason why I don't have a job is because I'm 17 turning 18 and I'm in full time education so having a job now will interrupt my studies and that also means I don't have money

Everything is sorted now. He didn't think it was a big deal for us to talk everyday but I let him know that it was to me & he says he'll make aure it doesn't happen again 🤗😩

If he's using social media but still ignoring you, i would take that as a red flag. Him not having money to take you out should have nothing to do with it. Spending time together and communicating doesn't cost a cent. You need to give him some space, stop texting him so much, and see if he comes to you. Men despise women who seem needy. So blowing up and saying "you can't reply to me? " is only going to make you look clingy and push him further away. Just go out and do something with your friends and stop worrying about him. If it's truly meant to be, he'll contact you.

omg I forgot to say that before I said 'so you can't reply?' he actually did hit me up saying 'yo'. So I definitely did wait for him to reply first and he did but this time has gone beyond what I'm used to which makes me worried like is he mentally doing okay?

4 days isn't that long. I live with my partner. And beside Thursday I hadn't seen him since Saturday... And that's while living with him.
So I wouldn't worry too much. You said its happened before so you both just have different standard when to communicate

The real question here isn't "what are his motives?" Because they could be completely pure and he's just socially inept. The real question is, if this is his best is that good enough for you. There is no better time to be picky then when your choosing a mate.

I Highly recommend that you sit down face to face and talk to him.
He probably hates to text with you a lot and there is something he is going through. Just ask him if there is something wrong then set a day to talk about it, try to understand it.

I mean I understand, I am an understanding person but what I don't get is why he couldn't tell me these things. I'm always asking how his day has been and how is he. Like those are the questions I ask him everyday just to make sure he's good.

Don't send a text, send him videos snapstuff nothing. until he acutually sends you a text (And he will) sometimes we need a little space, we won't say it. it might take a day or two. Maybe he did something wrong, maybe he is going through hard times, maybe he's fallling in love and he doesn't want to be so obvious. When he will be ready to compremise then tell him you need to talk face to face not on the phone. Then that day ask him questions.

any updates yet? I would not take it if my boyfriend wouldn't respond for 3 or 4 days. He never did but i actually see him doing it. Boys can be so ignorant and naive sometimes that they dont understand how not texting us does affect us and our feelings. Maybe there is a reason, but if he is a good guy hell talk to you about it, apologize, for real, and try to avoid it a next time. But you have to tell him how it makes you feel. I understand but I always feel like when there's an issue, I have to be the one to message him first. Like why can't he be the one to do that. I'm looking like a beg always messaging him first. If he finds it boring to talk to me online, why hasn't he told me? Communication is meant to be important plus it's easier to talk online since we can easily send each other funny memes and videos than if we were to do it on normal messaging and then it would cost money

The last time I messaged him, I literally sent him 4 funny videos, I sent 2 of them at once then I realised he read them and didn't respond then I decided to send 2 more at once and he did the same. He also posted on Snapchat that day so I messaged him about what he posted on snapchat and he read it and didn't reply. Yet the day before that we were joking about like always and he was being lovey dovey.

We don't even see each other a lot because of school and we do live close but not close if you get what I mean. That does make sense though but I hate that he can't tell me these things.
