Is it normal that my boyfriend keeps touching me?

So my boyfriend keeps touching me and putting his hands on me. Sometimes it will be in an affectionate/romantic way, like holding hands and his arm around my waist, but other times he will touch more intimate private areas. He said he only wants sex within marriage

we have been together probably two months. At times, he will touch my stomach, shoulder, stroke my legs with his finger and then he will hold my hand and place it on his crotch.

I don’t mind him touching me most of the time, but sometimes he will be all over me when we are together

Why is he always touching me? Is this normal behaviour?

You can touch each other and make each other feel good without having sex. He's sexually attracted to you for definite and probably wants to explore what you can do without having sex. It's only natural to get horny around someone you're with. I can get my boyfriend hard and horny just by giving him a certain look. But do let him know your limits. If he is making you uncomfortable tell him to stop or to ask more and let you decide how far you go. The second he doesn't respect that, walk away. You always deserve respect for what you want for your body. I've been with my boy for about 2 months too and we've not had sex but that doesn't mean we've not been having fun and doing all sorts to make sure we make each other feel good, except i guide his hands places or tell him to do stuff and he knows i'm a lot more shy than him when it comes to physical stuff so he doesn't lead my hands but i ask if it's ok to put them somewhere and i ask him to guide my hands if it's something i want to do but not sure of. Open communication should always be able to be had between a couple and you should never feel bad or awkward about asking him anything, especially when concerning anything physical. Just make sure to never do anything you're not comfortable with, not even if he wants it.

I love touching and being touched, really, but if you don't like it that much just tell him to touch you less.
Part of it is his looking for acceptance by you. When you accept his touch, he feels like you are accepting him. But when you reject his touch he may feel like you are rejecting him.
So, if his personality trait makes him a touchy feely guy and you stop him from that he may move on to someone that will let him pursue his passion and "accept" him the way he is.
