My boyfriend doesn’t like kissing?

I try leaning in for a peck, and he sometimes moves his head away and I make him kiss me cause it bugs me. I have asked him why he does that and he said he doesn’t like kissing but I take it personally. During sex, he was more open to kissing me. And Once i mentioned it to him why he only kisses me during sex he said he doesn’t know and ever since I brought that up, he doesn’t kiss me anymore during sex as well. I brush my teeth twice a day and i know it’s not my breath.. is this normal? We’ve been together for 1 year.

There’s a whole lot of reasons why
1 maybe he’s sexually confused
2 maybe he’s uncomfortable kissing
3 he might just not like it
4 he’s not interested in you anymore
There’s so many things it could be , maybe try talking to him about it tell him how you feel and see if he will tell you how it makes him feel when he kisses you and go from there or just stop kissing and see if he comes to you instead then if he don’t have the chat then

I would take him at face value. If he says he doesn't like kissing, believe him. And he didn't realize he was kissing you while you had sex until your brought it up, at which point he became acutely aware of it and stopped doing it.
