Why won't he admit his feelings? Is this denial?


This guy and I met about 6 months ago while traveling and had a deep connection. Still planning on a future travel meeting. But, he has been back and forth about his status with me...

First, during the time we met he is all romantic, watery - eyes when he says goodbye, etc. Then, he said he will try to make time to connect with me when he went home, but unfortunately his reality is stressful with FT work + school, so less time. He's a bad texter anyway, yet, he manages to stalk me on Whatsapp every day - 6 months now... as in checking up on me and making sure i see him go on/offline.

It looks to me that this guy does have feelings for me or why bother doing that crazy shit for this long. He also was doing the most random things to get my attention like copying my social media moves, etc. There were times he tries to push down his feelings and once said to me that i am "not letting go" LOL

So again, with all this online following behavior of his, it doesn't make sense. Then, i asked him if he had feelings and he said, "no, he doesn't, but he would still go travel with me". I find this hard to believe due to his stalker/attention-seeking behavior. In fact, i think he is full of shit and maybe just letting his life's obligations get in the way... what do you think?
