I wouldn’t make it up that’s wrong plus I wish she could have a father figure in her life but he’s just so abusive I don’t trust him. Maybe he won’t be towards her but I don't know that
Well, if you have his texts and their abusive or threatening in anyway you can show that to the police or jury and stop him from seeing her or if you have any scars

PAY A LAWYER. Its expensive, but cheaper than therapy for your daughter.
This is hard because if you don't have proof to show the court you may not have any luck.
Get a restraining order and character witnesses to what he has said and done.
He shouldn't be around u.. he get help. for he's abuse? doesn't deserve to let him. be near u. after what he has done. mental and prob physical abuse

How old is your kid and how long ago did you guys break up and when was the last time he seen her?
Can you say, "Restraining order"? Sure, I knew you could.
Court order all the way through. Past documents of pictures police statements will help that put.

The ONLY legal recourse is to go to court and convince a judge. Any other act will just get you in trouble with the law.
