Girlfriends upset that I delete messages I send her, does anyone else actually get pissed off at that?

I work hard and dont get much sleep, sometimes I need love but I dont force it cause then it feels like pity, sometimes I send her some cringy thought felt messages, sometimes i dont want to ask about cat pee before i seduce her so I delete the question and I have no clue what messages she actually sees and doesn't. But apparently this really pisses her off when I delete messages, and even small problems can threaten a relationship, I think I should stand my ground on this one but does anyone else get upset at deleted messages too?

Okay well its a bad thing to delete your SO messages mainly because of the fact you may need them to reference conversations with her you may have had in the past. I get not wanting to ask about certain things but thats part of being in a relationship man. Do you think I've enjoyed buying tampons for my ex's or current SO? Hell no lol. But they need them for obvious reasons lol

I have no problems doing what people call awkward actions, I put in a ton of effort into the relationship I don't give a shit about picking up tampons, but then she chews me out for "trying to hide my true feelings from her." and then doesn't want to talk about it and if I try to through text or in person she ignores me... like dafuq do I do?

If you aren't hiding your feelings from her but she thinks you are then you might explain things very clearly to her why you do what you do. Though start keeping the texts so you can defend yourself in future arguments. If you can't get through to her then you may consider looking for someone new.

I don't know why you're deleting the messages, that would bother me too. For me, the real issue here is about transparency and comfort with your partner. If you are deleting messages, then not only are you not being totally transparent with her about your words and thoughts, but you are demonstrating that you aren't totally comfortable with being yourself around her.

Because I'm not perfect and when I'm constantly jealous i'd rather work on myself and keep it to myself as opposed to making my partner feel like they aren't trustworthy

Then think twice about sending messages, because the reason that you're getting jealous is the exact lack of trust that you are inspiring in her when you delete your messages.

My ex deleted messages constantly. Always had a great reason lol... turns out their names were Niki and Jessica. Truth is that's a small compromise in this "easy to cheat on your partner" technological age. I'll say what I said to him, "Is it worth it? Does it hurt you somehow? You think it's dumb... so why not give in?". Obviously, in his case, it would have hurt him lol

My former boyfriend (?) got extremely suspicious the one time I deleted a sent message on whatsapp. He got very pissed off and upset and I had to apologize and explain in length what was in the message and why I deleted it. I would really like to know why he reacted that way.

could've sent it to the wrong person and on whatsapp that's a little bit of a red flag in terms of cheating, who you message on social media in 2019 is very, scary to partners

I delete messages because I am not comfortable relying on people I'm close with, I'd rather work on it myself, it feels like I'm lying to her anyway I go about it either I give her a bit of insight into my mind or I keep my mouth shut and just let my anxieties go as best as I can
