So in the olden days both men and women's main priority was to settle down, get married, and be a strong happy family unit. But in today's society, people seem to always be chasing the "next best thing." I've got to have the next best mobile phone, the next best computer console, the next best designer clothes, the next best TV, the next best relationships etc etc.
It just seems that the majority of young people are pursuing pleasure rather than happiness. I can't remember off the top of my head, but there was a study done some years ago that revealed that the more people focus on material possessions, the more likely they are to become depressed and unhappy.
