Do you blame my stepcousin for breaking up with his girlfriend since MOST (not all) women want men to pay for most things in the relationship?

My stepcousin barely had his first girlfriend at 24. He broke up with his girlfriend because he said it is too expensive. It is preety known that MOST (not all) women want men to pay for MOST things in the relationship. My friends say the same thing and coworkers too. When would women stop thinking men are banks? You paying for some things , only sometimes doesn't count since that is only sometimes. You expect me to pay for most things. Most not all women are this way.
