Eat her out and have sex with her during this time especially. Pamper her and treat her to any restaurant of her choosing. Even add a dessert bar or pie shoppe. If she cramps massage her and make sure she is comfortable. Help her bathe for those not so great moments.

Girls who pms usually feel miserable before and around the beginning of the periods, so try not to mess with her,.. 😂 And be considerate of the fact that she is actually feeling tired and going through pain, ( if not in the pelvis, in other areas of her body). And help her out with things she has to do, like carrying stuff maybe. And give her a bit of space if possible, coz she might want some time to just listen to music and stay quiet.

Everyone’s different. Safest bet is to treat her the same way you usually do, but keep your patience if she snaps. It depends some girls get emotional and want cuddles, others don’t. I have bipolar and I get especially moody and suicidal around that time so sometimes it’s nice to hear that the feeling will pass. I wouldn’t baby her though just know that she might be especially irritable. If you want to live you probs shouldn’t joke about her being on her period.

It obviously depends on the woman. I for one have always wanted to be treated normal. It’s a monthly thing and nothing to act like a baby over with that said, some women really do suffer so that is to be taken into consideration. But it’s not as though its as if you’re giving birth.
