When a randomly stops texting you?

been talking to this guy for awhile now. And he would always be the one texting good morning and he would talk throughout the day. He said he's interested and was also attracted to me. And I felt the same way. Lately i haven't felt that energy back from him. Just yesterday we were talking about pet peeves and I told him i didn't like liars.. and he also said he didn't like liars.. so then i asked him if he's ever lied he said yes, and i asked him about what. and he told he doesn't remember and then ask me why i was always trying to find something wrong with him when i just wanted to know what he lied about. I told him. i wanted to find his heart and he just sent a cupcake emoji. I then asked him why he thinks i'm trying to find something wrong with him. and he said because i've probably been burned by guys in the past and my guard is up. so then i was like lol okay smarty pants and then he asked me if i have lied i said yes but not anymore. And then after that he just stopped texting me.. I have no idea why. Makes me wonder he's found someone better but still it would be nice to let me know.. I really did like him a lot, I don't know why he would say that he liked me too and then ignore me.

Why let rhetoric guide your reality, just message him and say "thinking of you" you knowwhy thats what you say? Because that's what you're thinking and feeling, not for any pay off or expectation of the reply.

Ignoring you... as in you messaged him and you received zero response or he did not wish you good morning and you never took the initiative to wish him good morning for once instead kind of ignoring?

he never texted me back yesterday so why would i do that? i just don't know if he's waiting for me to text him first or he's not so much interested anymore.

So he followed up with your last message, correct? Is what you are saying... Either way, take initiative and send a text. It can be a simple, “Hi! How are you?” sort of thing. If he responds, go from there. If he doesn’t, move on from there. I mean it is possible he is just waiting to see how invested you are in him. As you said, initiative has essentially been entirely on his part. After that conversation he might be testing to see whether your words match your actions. Doesn’t hurt to test the waters.

No he never followed up with my last message. After I said yes i've lied before but don't anymore. I haven't heard from him... Is it because he knows i'm lying about being burned my guys? i just don't wanna admit that, but he's kind of true. But that still doesn't make sense why he didn't say good morning today. he always does

Then I can't help you. Reread what you wrote and imagine being in his shoes once and put on the defense asking questions that are beyond invasive... this isn't rocket science

Your intent is clear, you're trying to. find something wrong with him. Doesn't matter that you try to play it off as innocent, you made him uncomfortable.

i really wasn't trying to find anything wrong with him. i even told him i do not and that i'm trying to find his heart. and i was. He legit asked me also if i have lied.. i can't figure out what i did that made him uncomfortable i'm sorry for not understanding guys :(
