Why does my boyfriend always let me down?

Okay so it happened just now. Like RIGHT NOW and I'm crying. Why is it always that he always gets my hopes up and then IMMEDIATELY let's me down? Like see that mf just left me on read after talking for 2 mins and THAT TOO about HIM. He always does this and I'm so fucking upset right now. If you look at my profile you could read everything i asked and you would know the whole story, the reason I haven't broken up yet is because I want to do it in person and I'm not going to be able to meet him for another month or so. Why is he always such a shithead and why does he always disregard my feelings like all the fucking damn time I'm so fucking sick of it. WHAT should I do to calm my stupid self because I'm so close to losing my shit all together?

Sometimes we want to still do the right thing and break things off respectfullyamicably... But some circumstances or people sometimes make that impossible.. Do you really want to go through another month of feeling the way you do right now, just to break up with him in person? If you could do it in person now that would be one thing but you can't buy personally I wouldn't wait another month if you know you just really don't want to be with him anymore... You can always yeah him the truth, that you'd a rather done in person but a month was too long to wait

Do you "need" him in your life? Or do you "want" him in your life? Do you like being upset? Or do you like being happy? When you can take 10 minutes of free time to yourself without being upset, make a list. How many times in the last 5 days have you woken up with a positive attitude, happy, and went to bed the same? On the list of happy times is this boyfriend on there or is he mainly in on negative list? Take a couple days to yourself and see if you are less upset or more upset without his nonsense.

First of all calm down. If he doesn't reply to your messages, there is a reason for sure. He doesn't like you anymore or he is mad at you. If you didn't do anythimg wrong, it isn't your fault.
