So, let's say for example:
if someone was lying to you, you would still give them a second chance, if they didn't own up to the lies or they were still lying to you as saying they wanted a fresh Start? You can't have a fresh start with the same old actions, And you can't leave the past in the past if the same things are happening, right 🤔 cuz then it's not really just past actions but present actions as well
Or another example:
If someone was fucking around on you behind your back, would you forgive them if they still couldn't own up to it or take responsibility for it? What faith would there be that things would be different if there's no owning your mistakes trying to work past the issues, and not repeat past mistakes. Noone is obligated to forgive someone or give them a second chance. But if you have someone that is, then shouldn't you do what you can not to hurt that person further?
