How would girls view an unattractive "Hermit" type?

An unattractive guy who never talks to anybody & just does everything in his power to avoid getting a job, going to school

He just smokes, drinks,& hermits 24/7

He wouldn't be considered a threat?

This is just my opinion, I don’t speak for every woman but honestly this sounds more lazy that being a hermit/introvert. I want a partner, not a man-child that I’d have to take care of because he literally does not want to work, just drink and smoke all day. Like what is appealing about that? I can’t imagine any woman willing to take on all the adult responsibilities while her guy drinks and eats up all her money. The only way I can envision this scenario even being a thing is if he promised her he’d get a job and never does, or if he lost his job and doesn’t want to find one again. He’d have to have some source of income and be able to split the duties with me, because a relationship is a partnership, not one parenting the other.
