The guy I've been talking to in a long distance for 4 months, well things have been rocky since his babymomma randomly texted my phone…smh and then something tragic happened to someone he knows and things have been weird ever since he’s not really texting as much and I just feel like the vibe has be off, but I asked him was he still interested but he told he is interested “he just needs to fall back till he gets his shit in order with his life before he can move forward” so I don’t know what to do from there do I text him or do I just let him be and let him text me? I’m overthinking the worse and just worried it’s not gonna last..😞😞

Truth to be told. I would recommend you to look for someone else. It´s not easy but it´s better for you than waiting for him and realizing that much time has passed for nothing. Him saying he needs to get his life in order means that there is a major problem he has to solve. I´d honestly recommend you to leave him and look for some one new because by his description that´s not a problem solved over night. It might takes months, it could take years. Do you wanna keep waiting for that? You could still keep contact to him but be prepared for waiting quite a long especially if he has a child with some one else (or what does "babymomma" mean?). It´s not nice to tell you that but I think it´s better than waiting and it´s easier to break up now and than later.

"Long distance" doesn't work. Tons of people lie to themselves about that, but it's about 1 in a thousand that ever becomes anything real.

Dump this guy, get off your phone, and go out and meet LOCAL guys IN PERSON and develop real, ACTUAL relationships where you can spend time together and share your lives together, because otherwise, what's even the point? You can't be in a relationship with your phone. Get rid of those dating apps.
