I would say many do. The ones that try at least have more morals and patience and that definitely Italy gives them a leg up, but I feel a lot of people have gotten so used to instant gratification that they want the results immediately instead of grinding together to fix and improve it.
Which is why hookup culture has more takers than relationships. There is no strings and accountability or responsibility in putting in the effort to someone you like and want to be with since it is a wham, bam thank you ma'am/sir kind of deal.
Relationships are harder because people don't want to have to work hard to fix or get through certain issues they may be having. Why stay and fix when you can dump and get a better model that does not have that issue is the way it seems to be.
Yeah, they don’t realize that there is work in keeping a relationship going and it doesn’t just run smoothly continuously without effort
100% , and I blame social media to be honest. People post cute couples pics and make other people’s relationship seem unworthy of they aren’t posting pics like that and also someone new is just right swipe or a DM away. It’s quite sad. This generation has also lost patience.
Any don't learn how to communicate and make things work. Relationships take work. Many dont want to take the time to work things out.

I would say yeah people give up too easily. We also created this space where if your SO makes you feel any type of way that relates to a negative feeling then you deserve better and should leave them. So now we are in a generation where anything can cause a breakup and people would rather leave then to just simply talk about it.
Yes some people imagine to find the perfect mate in dating while not realizing that perfection is something that needs progress. I think some people get together too soon which leads to a quick break up because they realize too late that they don´t match.
I don´t think that "most" people make these kinds of mistakes it´s just that these kinds of relationships and their endings is talked about the most.
Yes i think they do. And i think the reason they guve up easily is that people are not looking for companionship. They just want trophies and photogenic partners to post on social media. Also, the fact that sex and and physical intimacy is now easily obtained ( friends with benefits, hook ups, one night stands, tinder…) made the relationship and the commitment and responsibility that come with it seems like a burden.

I think at times (for me anyhow), a lot of it was being sensible - pragmatic with the direction a relationship was going, dealing with various issues, can mean leaving it early,
also people have relationships often for companionship, etc and know they are never getting married, that at some point it will end.
Kinda, things have changed a lot though.
Firstly we have less social experience unlike the past generation who didn't have phones and had to communicate physically for entertainment and secondly now that we have much more options it's not as big of a deal to just 'swap them out' so to speak which has essentially become normalised
ya there are some people who do not the importance of proper communication but some know about that and whichever hurdle they face in their relation they face it together, I am not an expert on the subject but that is what I think is the case with the most of the relation there are other factors too but communication is the big one
Imma say yes. "ANY GOOD GUYS AROUND?" "WHY ALL GOOD GUYS TAKEN" "DOES CHIVALRY STILL EXIST" these people seem to only attract the baddies, or go to the baddies who they think are good, or give up on a guy after a bit of talking even though it could have very well be the guy she was looking for, if she only gave him more time to show that side of him
People refuse to communicate. Co workers ask how my boyfriend and I don't fight. We communicate, if he does something that bothers me I tell him. And vice versa. Communication is key to a healthy , happy relationship.
Even if they do, they might have good reasons. E. g. something like sex, overrated but actually a basic need and a necessity. A lot of people might laugh and brush it off, but a good sexual connection and relationship is necessary to sustain a relationship

Not really. I think it's sensible to chop and change until you find the right one. No point in being unhappy.

Possibly, I think today people are seeking someone "perfect" because it's so much easier and accessible to meet new people. Couple that with how the internet speed and social media works, nowadays people want things to work out instantly.
Yes, as soon as things get a little rough they ghost the person and go on their phone and find somebody else.
Everyone is driven by Hollywood and media to seek and accept only absolutely flawless perfection, given those impossible standards no wonder neither sex can live up to the ideal.
I would have to lean towards yes & the first sign of trouble they are out like a fat kid in dodgeball.
It's cheaper to get a new one than fix the old, mentality.
If it changes and I don't like it anymore I'll just get rid of it.
