Double standard?

How come when a man is in a relationship he looks at other women because it’s the “natural thing to do” it’s just looking and it doesn’t mean anything and his woman is expected to accept it and never ask about it, but if she has many men looking at her or if she looks at another man then the man wouldn’t allow it and would even dump her and say she’s a whore. How come he gets to look at other women even in front of her but she doesn’t get to have wondering eyes as well? How come he gets mad and doesn’t allow it but she has to take it?
