Long story short. I met a guy, we talked for a month and then slept together without protection and without me being on birth control. He was honest and told me he was concerned because he's not in any place to raise/have another child (he has 2 young boys). He kept pestering me to get the plan b after I already said I would take care of it. I sent him a screenshot of my instacart and said it was on its way and would he like a video to see me taking it. He said I was being too passive aggressive with him but the o ly way he'd feel relief is to see me do it. Why didn't I think to just video chat him so he could see, I don't know.. with my phone storage being almost full, I decided to hyperlapse the video to save space. Well that did not go well. For some reason it did not show me popping the pill in my mouth. I sent him the short clip and he told me I purposely cut the video for one of 2 reasons. That offended me and I told him to hit the breaks on that. I've never lied to him and why would would spend 50$ on a little pill, just to not take it. I told him to not torture himself over this because I know I took it and that's all I could do. Next thing you know, he unfriends me. Which sucks bc I really liked the guy. Just a few hours before this conversation happened, I purchased valentines cards for him and his 2 kiddos, ring pops and a customized mug for him for valentines day.

I'm a pretty open and forward person. And if I say I'm going to do something, I follow through.. I'm pretty sure nothing happened, but he was asking for me to take plan b which isn't an abortion, but rather a high dosage of hormones to prevent pregnancy from unprotected sex. Anyway, it bothers me that I thought that we had more trust than whatever this was. But even after going and doing the most to ease his mind, he left without a word.

I don't think he trust people in general. But how do you cut someone off when they've never wronged you? Especially if it was someone you were trying to pursue... his reason, "trust someone until given a reason not to" or maybe he was already looking fir a reason to not move forward. I'm just not sure

He didn't cum inside of me. He just wanted to take precautionary measures incase I was a super fertile girl (which I'm not). I don't think either of us had planned to have sex, but once we deep into the messing around, it happened. But like i said, I'd taken care of it already and then like a magic he disappeared. Well... I can't keep feeding the stray cat that permanently disappeared 😔 maybe ill be doing the most, but I think im still going to give him the valentines gifts. It's not like i had planned to send him a romantic love valentines box, but rather a friendly i admire your love and great dad qualities for your kids. @TheBigGuy9 Plan B is evonorgestrel which is in regular birth control pills just a much higher dose to prevent ovulation quicker up to 72 hours. It doesn't work if you get pregnant.

He did say he'd pay me for it.. but he's not working at the moment (out for post covid symptoms).. and he's a single dad, so since both he and I made the decision to have unprotected sex I'd own up and not add to his list of financial obligations. After everything, he still disappeared. Now I'm thinking, man.. maybe I should've taken the money. The frustration is real

yeah i would have taken the money because that was genuine.

We agreed on unprotected sex after our first date, it was so late at night and we wanted it. Then walked to the pharmacy together hand-in-hand the next day to buy Plan B and condoms for the weekend, i paid since it was the right thing to do.

This isn't super helpful.. getti g intimate was not the original plan... and just being honest,, when you're in moment,, sometimes things happen. Practicing self control or not putting myself in such a situation in the future is the best bet
