Is my boyfriend who hasn't been answering my call or text for 8 month cheating on me?

My boyfriend M (28) lives 10 miles away from me, he is a doctor and he always says he is busy but his shift is only about 8 hours a day
we have been dating each other for two year not but for last 8 month he doesn't visit me saying the distance is too much (but he can come over if i let him fuck me) and he can't come over or call me or answer my text easily.
3 months ago on his Bday he spent it with other girl in a restaurant which is 15 mile away, today he uploaded picture of two latti together (there was one female hand, one male hand) saying i love you...
i want to confront him about it... but i am scared he might breakup and i don't know how to live if it happens...
P. S: i can't go and visit him cause i live with my parents and i am not allowed to go out of my area as i have my medical admission test i was been pretty busy... i wanted to study medicine because of him, now i lost all my motive

Just because he hasn't stated the relationship is over, that doesn't change the fact that he is no longer invested in you. It would be obvious if he was invested.
