Girlfriend of 3 years lives with mother who hoards and has no job?

I have been dating a girl who lives with her mother who hoards to the point where over half the home is inaccessible. Yes it is that dirty and cluttered. They have property tax due next month or risk the house getting repo and she does not have a job. She owes 4000 to credit and another 6000 for a surgery for her cat. Doest not want to get a regular job because she has anxiety and ADHD and wants to support herself through onlyfans.

Although I protested against it and told her it's a better idea to get a part time job then do what ever she like (onlyfans). She is adamant on starting it.

She believes she is not doing well enough cause I'm not supporting her. But I never told her not to do it and focus more on getting a pt job.

Wondering if anyone else is in my same situation. Dating with someone with ADHD and sleeps all day while up all night

Is there a way you can help her finding a job? If you know anyone who needs help even as basics like cleaning etc
It’s sad she is living such a life only because she “fears” the world and can’t get a real job.
Try to push her but not by words only take action too open the laptop and suggest her jobs even better if you know someone who can help her get hired.

I have been trying. The biggest barrier is her not having a car and being capable of making appointments (work) on time. We always have appointments to her chiropractor but she is always 1 hr late due to her ADHD... I some times feel there is no hope with her and our future no matter how much I support her
