Voice vs Looks: Does it matter? Which do you prefer?

I ask this because this guy has an attractive voice stright from an anime character. Many girls fall for him based off that. He claims that once people know what he looks like they drop him and never speak to him again. To me he is decent and has an amazing personality he just has not had his glow up yet. Girls are really missing out.

Does it matter? Which do you prefer?

(Before you ask why have I not gotten with him its because he refuses to mess up our friendship believe me I've tried)

He hasn't become a Super Saiyan yet, thats all. I prefer a bit of both, I want to be attracted to you but also dont really want to be annoyed to hell with your voice. A good mix of both is preferred.
