@LovingLoverReturned I'm not sure how to answer this kind of question because it was worded perhaps too open-endedly. The only answer is "it's important". Adding "very" before that doesn't mean anything specific - and we aren't going to get to a number like "people need at least 12 hours alone time on projects per week". So I don't really know what to say. There's hardly any such thing as anyone spending "no time on their own".

If you're teaming up in work somehow or share hobbies time alone won't be as needed.
If someone is an artist /designer they'll probably spend plenty of time on their own regardless.
I'm just not sure where to go with this question...

the time alone generally just happens as needed. I've never had anyone ask for more time alone. sometimes they'll ask for more time together, so you try to give it more. you know?
