Moving on from a relationship, how?

So it's official.. I've lost her.. we're not talking anymore but I fcking miss her but its time I hang up the gloves and move on.. and I know for damn sure that getting into another relationship isn't the answer (not like I want to anyways). But how do I move on from her? I can't stop thinking about her and it's tough, it's tougher since we're studying together.. It ain't easy for me especially coming from a background with no support, proper advice and left to fend for myself with insecurities and more.. how do I go about this?

It is tougher when you still need to be a part of each others life, but I'd try to keep the social to a minimum and do your best to focus on different things in life that give you joy. It might seem very difficult and like the feelings will never wear off, but time is your friend in this and it just does eventually.
