So my boyfriend's new car got scratched up, his tires flattened and someone tried to put sugar in his tank and also put some in my mom's car. My car is unscathed. He told me he's not coming over for awhile, and that it's ridiculous that his car got messed up, by possibly my step dad. My mom and him are going through a divorce and he cheated and left. She vandalized his car like two months ago, now he did it to my boyfriend's car for some odd reason. Probably felt it was another guy but still crazy. I feel bad that it happened...

You shouldn't. And it doesn't mean he doesn't love you but really, a man who has a car and a girlfriend is in two relationships, one with her and one with the car (i dont mean it literally but I think you got the point). Expecting him to get his car anywhere near your father would be too much. As from the comments you wrote, instead if going to each other's house where someone will be mad. Go to somewhere else, like meet each other in a restaurant or a park

Should you feel bad? No, you didn't vandalize his car. Your parents are both toxic. His reluctance to leave his car near your house is quite reasonable. Your father probably assumed he was seeing your mother, not you.

He wouldn't come over. He just want to stay away from the drama. A guy always loves his car. If anyone tries to f*ck woth his car, he's gonna be angry about it. Also it doesn't mean he doesn't love you.

+1. Cars are expensive and after they are damaged they can be repaired but they may never be the same. When a car is vandalized the insurance company doesn't pay the entire cost of repair; the owner is responsible for the deductible which is typically $500. It's not a question of loving the car as much as protecting the investment.
