How to stop girlfriend from asking about my dirty past?

Me and my 2 year older cousin have done dirty things (kissed and discussed about sex a lot) when we were teens. Like 15,16 years old. I regret that now and is 100% loyal in my current relationship.

My girlfriend is my neighbour and my cousin once told this to my girlfriend. My girlfriend always bring this topic out of nowhere when we fight.

I've never admitted that I kissed her. I told i lied. Yes that was a mistake. I cannot tell her the truth. She'll leave me, that's sure.

Is there any way to stop her from asking this again?

I know you say honesty is not the solution, but it might be the best answer. Don't think of it so negatively. Be honest and upfront. Tell her ashamed you are of it, how sick you feel with yourself, and how you wish you could take it back. Say you were young and stupid, and this is why you want to put it behind you. Make sure that at the time you bring it up, everything is very calm. Tell her you wanted to tell her the truth, but it actually physically made you sick, and you were afraid to tell her. She might be upset at first that you lied, but if she truly cares for you, she will cool down, communicate with you and understand where you are coming from. If she cannot accept them past you had, is this relationship right for you? It probably hurts to hear because you love your girl and you most probably see a future with her. But you shouldn't be with her if she just cannot accept it. Lying from the start was probably not the best idea (we all make that mistake), but it wasn't like you were cheating. If you were doing that, I would completely understand her. She will probably be uncomfortable with it, but if you truly care for her, you will do the things to reassure her that you are completely committed to your girl, and that what happened with your cousin was the biggest mistake you made. Plus, you were young. She shouldn't hold it against you. So please tell the truth. Either way it turns out, it is a benefit for you. Good luck!

Thanks a lot for your detailed opinion. Yes I agree with you but tbh I'm really afraid to tell the truth. Because for last two years she asked many times about this and I lied everytime. Even I made many promises regarding this. That's a past i don't want to remember. She's so sensitive, this will cause a mental breakdown to her.
