Old school values?

I am not born from a time where old school values are apart of every day life , I lean very much into my masculine side mostly due to the way that I was bought up. As a women , a partner and a mother I wish I was treated more feminine within my relationships. I am talking opening doors, basic chivalry and over all that there is the man of the house and what he says goes , the women is considered and respected and the man is the leader and given the utmost endless love and genuine respect. I do wish that in this type of homelife dynamic ideally I would capable of working to contribute in financial level and for mental stimulation but also mostly be a house wife- making home , I like making small decisions but not life altering ones. I additionally want for a life where I follow not lead. I don’t want to be slave but I much prefer to follow as long as it aligns with my feelings. Does any couples out there have this type of dynamic? How does it work for you and what does that look like moving for award when life throws curve balls? Is this something men of this time actually want or just wistful of?

Yes and the whole tings involves Ephesians 5. I wrote a Question about what God, Science, and Culture say about Promiscuity and it went under Religion instead of Sexually… you’re subject matter and the dynamic for loving stewardship and service unto your woman as Leader is in that post. Recipe for both male/female are fully developed in Eph 5.
