We had an on and off long distance relationship that ended quite badly, 3 years ago. Since then I’ve been in a serious and stable relationship for 2.5 years. Recently I’ve been missing my ex. So I messaged him to see how he’s doing and to apologize for the way I broke up with him. Then I started missing him harder. I miss having sex with him. I also broke up with my boyfriend of 2.5 years since I am no longer attracted to him and we have some other relationship issues. As each day passes, I miss my ex from 3 years ago more and more. We talk a few times a week. I don’t know how to stop feeling this way because it’s unhealthy.
